Clients accept the T&amp;C during the sales process, as stated in proposals, and confirm acceptance via email.<\/p><p>The T&amp;C, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement, form an integral part of the commercial agreement between Compleye and its customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f59f510 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f59f510\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80a0c73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80a0c73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Service Delivery<\/strong><br \/>Services are performed during regular office hours and within EU time zones, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Services are delivered online and in English, unless specified otherwise.<\/p><p><strong>Onboarding<\/strong><br \/>All products and services begin with an X-ray session, which will be uploaded to the platform after completion.<\/p><p><strong>Expertise<\/strong><br \/>A compliance expert with sufficient expertise and knowledge will be assigned to perform the agreed-upon services.<\/p><p><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong><br \/>Compleye will keep all customer information shared during the services confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.<\/p><p><strong>Best Practices<\/strong><br \/>Compleye shares best practices anonymously across its customer portfolio.<\/p><p><strong>Decision-Making<\/strong><br \/>While implementing and maintaining frameworks, compliance experts will provide options and strategies. However, crucial decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><br \/>Services can be canceled with a notice period of one month, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p><strong>Contract Terms<\/strong><br \/>For platform-only customers, the first contract has an expiry period of six months. After this period, a notice period of one month applies.<\/p><p><strong>Support<\/strong><br \/>Compleye assigns two admins to each client environment to ensure quick customer support and maintain a backup system for services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6a9fc5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e6a9fc5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a901fce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a901fce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Comentarios de los clientes y marketing<\/strong><\/p><p>Compleye may request feedback from clients during professional services and upon program completion to improve its platform and services.<\/p><p><strong>Complaints<\/strong><br \/>Clients may file a complaint about the services at any time by sending a written notice to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@compleye.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer external\">info@compleye.io<\/a><\/strong>. Complaints will be escalated to management and addressed after consulting with the assigned compliance experts.<\/p><p><strong>Use of Client Information<\/strong><br \/>Compleye reserves the right to use the client\u2019s company name and logo to identify them as a customer on its website, publicly available client lists, and in media releases during the term of the agreement.<\/p><p><strong>Data Usage<\/strong><br \/>Compleye may analyze and use data uploaded to the platform for benchmarking and product development, provided the data is anonymized and untraceable to the client. Compleye also retains the right to publish the results of such analyses in benchmark reports.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f4c28e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3f4c28e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab88627 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab88627\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Facturaci\u00f3n y pagos<\/strong><\/p><p>Compleye charges a fee for its services, which must be paid in full prior to the start of the services. Payment can be made as a one-time fee or via monthly installments, as specified in the Agreement.<\/p><p><strong>Overdue Payments<\/strong><br \/>If a payment is overdue, reminders will be sent. After repeated reminders, Compleye reserves the right to suspend the provision of services and access to the platform for all users.<\/p><p><strong>Suspension Notice<\/strong><br \/>Compleye will notify the client by email before suspending access, except in urgent or emergency situations, as determined at Compleye\u2019s discretion. Compleye will work in good faith with the client to resolve any potential issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3a64ac e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f3a64ac\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdb91d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdb91d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Varios<\/strong><\/p><p>Compleye reserves the right to update these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time.
